Activities / Initiatives

In the meeting of the Director Board from 25 February 2008 there were established:

* the sigle and the logo of the Association
* the regional coordinators
* the affiliation to ENCC (The European network of the Cultural Centres)
* modalities of optimization the remuneration of the employees of the institutions
* modalities of optimization the organization charts and the personal establishments
* the list of the commune activities in 2008
* modalities of implying the association in the dialogue with state institutions and other professional organizations

It was decided that a meeting of the accountants as part of the association would be organized in Focsani (Vrancea), in April.

It was decided the organization of regional meetings under the guidance of a vice-president in order to win new members
